For New York patients, care is delivered entirely by video. Prescriptions go to your New York pharmacy, lab orders go to a draw site near you, and coverage includes commercial plans, Medicare and select managed plans alongside Medicare and commercial plans. Some controlled medications carry New York-specific telehealth rules, and we explain those before your appointment rather than after.
