Portal access, refills, results, forms and who to contact when something cannot wait.
Patient portal
Book, message, view visit notes, lab results and prescriptions, and pay balances. Your records stay available to you at any time.
Prescription refills
Request refills through the portal at least three business days before you run out. Refill-only visits are $50 when a review is required.
Lab and imaging results
Orders go to a lab or imaging centre near you. Results post to the portal and are reviewed with you, normal or not.
Forms and letters
Work, school and accommodation letters are $50 and are prepared after a visit that documents the need.
Records requests
Download records directly from the portal, or email the office to have records sent to another provider.
Billing questions
Self-pay prices are posted and charged at booking. For insurance questions, call the office and we will walk through the claim with you.
