Do you accept Medicare?+
Yes. Medicare is among the plans we accept, along with several Medicare Advantage plans.
Can a family member join the visit?+
Yes, with the patient's consent. Many families join by phone or on the same screen.
What if the patient is not comfortable with technology?+
A family member or caregiver can set up the call. We also keep a phone fallback if video fails.
