Questions patients ask
What should not be handled by video?+
Chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, and any suspected emergency. Call 911 instead.
Can you prescribe antibiotics?+
Yes, when the assessment supports a bacterial infection. We will not prescribe antibiotics for viral illness.
How fast can I be seen?+
Most weekdays have same-day openings. Book online and take the first slot you see.
