What to have ready
- ✓A phone, tablet or laptop with a working camera
- ✓A private, well-lit space with a stable connection
- ✓Your current medication list, including doses
- ✓The name and location of your pharmacy
- ✓Your insurance card, or an HSA/FSA card for self-pay
- ✓Recent readings if you track blood pressure, weight or blood sugar
After the visit
- → Prescriptions go electronically to your chosen pharmacy, usually within minutes.
- → Lab and imaging orders are sent to a location near you; results are reviewed with you.
- → Visit notes, instructions and work or school letters post to your patient portal.
- → Follow-up timing is set before you leave the call, and you can message through the portal.
Getting seen: common questions
Which states can I be seen in?+
Indiana, Arizona, Florida, New York, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada and Texas. You must be physically in one of those states at the time of the visit.
Are same-day visits real?+
Yes. Most weekdays have same-day openings. Book online and take the first slot you see, or call 317.765.0603.
How do I book an appointment?+
Book through the patient portal in about two minutes, or call the office. You pick your state, the reason for the visit and a time.
What do I need for a video visit?+
A phone, tablet or laptop with a camera, a private space, your medication list, your pharmacy name and your insurance card if you are using insurance.
What if I miss my appointment?+
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead through the portal. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
