If your question is not here, call the office and ask a person.
Getting seen
Which states can I be seen in?+
Indiana, Arizona, Florida, New York, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada and Texas. You must be physically in one of those states at the time of the visit.
Are same-day visits real?+
Yes. Most weekdays have same-day openings. Book online and take the first slot you see, or call 317.765.0603.
How do I book an appointment?+
Book through the patient portal in about two minutes, or call the office. You pick your state, the reason for the visit and a time.
What do I need for a video visit?+
A phone, tablet or laptop with a camera, a private space, your medication list, your pharmacy name and your insurance card if you are using insurance.
What if I miss my appointment?+
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead through the portal. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
Cost and insurance
What does a visit cost without insurance?+
Self-pay prices are posted: from $100 initial and $75 follow-up for primary care, $200 and $150 for mental health, $150 and $100 for weight loss and men's or women's health, $100 and $50 for pediatrics, and $50 for refills and accommodation letters.
Which insurance plans do you accept?+
Medicaid of Indiana, Hoosier Healthwise, the Healthy Indiana Plan, Medicare, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Humana, Cigna and TRICARE, among others.
Can I use an HSA or FSA card?+
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for self-pay visits, and we provide an itemised receipt.
Will I get a surprise bill?+
No. Self-pay prices are posted in advance and charged at booking. If you use insurance, your plan's copay or deductible applies and we tell you what we know before the visit.
Treatment
Can you prescribe medication by telehealth?+
Yes, for most conditions. Some controlled medications have state-specific telehealth rules, and we tell you before the visit.
Can you order labs and imaging?+
Yes. Orders go to a lab or imaging centre near you, and results are reviewed with you and posted to your portal.
What if I need to be seen in person?+
We will tell you plainly and refer you to local care. Telehealth is not right for every problem and we will not pretend otherwise.
Do you offer therapy or counselling?+
Our mental health care is medication-focused. We coordinate with therapists and can refer you to one.
Practical
Is the visit private?+
Yes. Visits run on a HIPAA-compliant platform and your records live in a secure patient portal.
How do I get my records?+
Visit notes, lab results and prescriptions are in your patient portal. You can download or share them at any time.
What is an emergency?+
Chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding or thoughts of harming yourself are emergencies. Call 911, or 988 for a mental health crisis. Do not wait for a telehealth appointment.
